The above artifact is a example of my mastery of leadership, facilitation and collaboration. From the aspect of leadership and facilitation I took the initiative to create several  virtual spaces online where members of my group could post their ideas on the project as well as their portion of work, some of the virtual spaces used specifically were google docs and google hangouts. Finally, when it came to collaboration five members of the group including myself residing in four different states and  two different time zones were able to come together weekly using the video chat feature of google hangouts.
