Stronger Women at Work

A 3-part series designed to promote job satisfaction, and self-confidence for women in business.

CONTEXT

During my time as a graduate student, I  developed this course that employers could use to promote job satisfaction among female employees, due to the fact many of them feel a disparity when it comes to promotions and raises.

MY ROLE

I was the sole contributor for this awesome project!  I developed the overall idea all preliminary steps including but not limited to research and analysis of the instructional issue, scope of work, project management guidelines, and prototype development.
